By the way Windows 7 Enterprise same as Ultimate except there is no Premium Games in Enterprise. Only difference Ultimate works with retail or OEM activation Enterprise is for the large  companies with multiple activation volume licensing will work with MAK keys.
Other difference is End of support:
Ultimate:January 13, 2015 - 3 years
Enterprise: January 14, 2020 - 8 years
